All our products are made of high-quality handprint fabric, and our collection is always hand-picked. We thoroughly check our products before shipping to ensure a quality experience and customer satisfaction. Through our product images, we try to ensure that our users get the best possible visual understanding of our products to make an informed purchase.

We do not offer returns/refunds; we only offer replacement or store credits (lifetime validity) in case of a manufacturing defect, provided the product is unused.

 

Manufacturing Defect

Since all our products have hand-printed designs, there is always a raw artistic finish, unlike machine-printed designs. Therefore, understanding "what is a manufacturing defect" is important. Here is a list of issues that fall under the manufacturing defects:

• Defective Zipper: Missing Zipper, Broken Zipper, Zipper Jammed, or Non-Functional Zipper
• Defective Stitching: Stitching Coming Undone or Missing Stitching,
• Defective Fabric: Damaged Fabric (hole or torn) 

Though we do a quality check before we ship the product, in case you receive a product with any of the above-mentioned manufacturing defects, please write to us at orders[at]artisansthread.com or WhatsApp us at +9187005392(six zero) within 1 business day for replacement.
